I’m so glad you found my website, and I’m looking forward to helping you on your journey to improved wellness. The type of work I do focuses on massage therapy and shamanic healing, and both incorporate many different techniques to suit your individual needs.
Since 2002, I’ve practiced massage — first in New York and now in Madison, WI. I’ve worked in many different industries including spas, yoga studios, hotels like the Ritz Carlton, and of course private practice. No matter what the industry, my intention has always been to help my clients heal and attain better health.
I provide massage therapy and shamanic healing with a focus on the following …
MASSAGE THERAPY FOR:
SHAMANIC HEALING FOR:
Since I have life experience in these areas, I know what you’re going through — without your having to explain. In other words, I understand and I’m here to help.
When you arrive for your first massage, I’ll have you fill out a confidential health history form and we’ll spend some time talking so I can gain a deeper understanding of who you are and how I can help. Together, we’ll create a specific plan for how massage can help with your wellness goals. At each subsequent appointment we’ll check in about your wellness goals to see where you’re at, and if we need to make any adjustments with your massage treatment. Questions are always encouraged, and I’m happy to provide educational materials and referrals when appropriate. My goal is to give you usable tools that make it easier for you to take care of your health outside of our sessions together — I feel education is a big part of that.
